Email Automation Comes to Campaign Monitor

Posted on 3.23.2015

Personalization sounds like such a great idea (and it is) but without the right solutions in place it can become unbearably complex and time consuming.

Email marketing solution Campaign Monitor has just introduced an email automation feature that will enable businesses to automatically personalize messages based on a variety of triggers.

The solution, which is available for all Campaign Monitor customers free of charge, is being used by an impressive list of brands in a variety of ways. For example, BuzzFeed uses the feature to engage new readers by sending a series of emails with tailored content, while companies like Toyota use the service to remind their customers when their vehicles are due for maintenance.

"Every customer engagement is an opportunity to create a positive brand relationship," said Goran Stefkovski, CTO of Kogan.com, Australia's biggest online retailer. "Email is one of the most effective ways for us to connect with our customers. Campaign Monitor's automation helps us welcome new customers, the moment they join our community."
