Email Remarketing Proves Successful for Lenovo

For Internet retailers, there are few things worse than an abandoned shopping cart, as it represents a sale that was lost during the customer’s final decision-making moments.

In order to minimize abandoned shopping carts, popular tech retailer Lenovo implemented a customized email remarketing program from UpSellit. The program proved to be successful, as the personalized, real-time email messages were able to recover leads from 27 percent of first-time visitors abandoning Lenovo’s checkout, averaged a 44 percent open rate and delivered a 35 percent campaign conversion rate.
