End-to-End with Gigya's RaaS

Posted on 3.14.2016

Customer Identity Management solution Gigya is now offering an "end-to-end" customer registration system which it hopes will balance customer experience with security.

The-new Registration-as-a-Service (RaaS) system from Gigya provides a set of REST APIs that support the integration of end-to-end user registration systems across web properties, mobile applications and connected devices, complete with identity validation, progressive profiling and responsive design.

"Great customer experience has become the new market requirement for growing acquisition rates and expanding relationships, with customer identity and access management (CIAM) technologies at the core," said Troy Abraham, Gigya's SVP of Global Services. "With the ultimate goal of enabling our clients to exceed their end-users' expectations, the GigyaWorks program has been created to help global enterprises capture, manage and leverage customer data while educating them around key market trends and processes every step of the way."

Some of the more interesting Gigya RaaS system capabilities including risk-based authentication, passwordless mobile authentication, and a cross-channel and cross-device interface.

"Gigya's RaaS functionality allows Grupo Heraldo to edit its registration and login screens once, and the screen sets are automatically optimized for both web and mobile platforms," said Jesus Casasnovas, CTO at Grupo Heraldo, one of Spain's largest media enterprises. "Thanks, in part, to Gigya's platform, we have been able to achieve our general business and technological goals. Integrating Gigya's technology has been very easy, and the support received has been excellent."
