Endurance Brands Can Now Sell Online With E-Commerce Widget
A new partnership between Ecwid and Endurance International Group aims to expand Ecwid's e-commerce platform to new customers across the Web.
Endurance International Group is a provider of cloud-based platform solutions designed for small and medium-sized businesses. Through the partnership, Endurance will market Ecwid as an affordable and simple to use e-commerce widget, enabling customers from Endurance’s brands to easily add an online store to their existing websites to begin selling online.
Through the Ecwid platform, retailers can operate storefronts on a variety of sites and manage them all from a single control panel. Moreover, with the Ecwid mobile app, Endurance customers can create a mobile point-of-sale (POS) system with synchronized offline/online inventory and sales order information.
“Endurance is committed to helping small businesses build a Web presence that will help them stand out and succeed in the online marketplace,” said Joel Rosen, executive vice president of marketing and product. “Ecwid will enable our customers, regardless of the tools they used to build their website, to monetize their presence with an online store quickly and easily. Ecwid also supports 45 languages, so it aligns well with our global footprint.”
It is also important to note that Ecwid’s new partnership comes after the e-commerce solution provider closed its Series B investment round back in May. At the time of the investment, Ecwid noted its plans to expand its global distribution partner network, and the company's partnership with Endurance is the first such partnership since the investment.
