Enhancing Ecommerce Email with UGC

The presence of customer reviews matters greatly to the success of an e-commerce enterprise - but how can online retailer get the reviews they have already obtained in front of prospective buyers so they can aid them in the conversion process?

Yotpo, an AI-powered customer content marketing platform, recently announced a collaboration with Oracle Bronto that will enable online retailers to sync their ratings and reviews to product catalogs.

The integration will automatically sync Yotpo star ratings and reviews to a merchant's product catalogs, infusing a wide range of email types with social proof known to improve conversions. Machine learning will inform which reviews are deployed, algorithmically pulling top performers based on score, content length, recency, engagement, and sentiment analysis.

The integration also enriches email contact lists with UGC data, enabling Oracle Bronto and Yotpo customers to create new audience segments based on that data and trigger intelligent email flows in response to particular review events.
