ESP Listrak Launches Triggered Email System

E-mail marketing service provider Listrak released its Event Triggered Messaging (ETM) system dubbed Listrak Conductor. Part of the company's professional and enterprise services, the features intends to help marketers automate e-mail responses based on respondent behavior.

Through the feature, interactive and direct marketers can set up emails that are automatically sent as people interact with their websites, e-mail campaigns, or even offline events. The e-mails users receive are specific to their actions, and each conversation is individualized and customized to their exact needs according to the release. Since the e-mails are set up in advance, the conversations occur naturally – without the marketers having to respond manually.

“Listrak Conductor was designed to meet the needs of business marketers affordably as they’re faced with creating and delivering increasingly complex e-mail campaigns,” said Listrak CEO Ross Kramer. ”We are in the middle of an e-mail marketing industry transformation away from batch and blast toward highly targeted e-mail campaigns. Being able to deliver a relevant message automatically to an interested person, at the exact moment they are engaged, is a lot like the holy grail of e-mail marketing.”
