Facebook Enables Analytics for App Links Ads
With more than 1 billion active monthly users, Facebook is one of the most accessible sites for companies to have their ads shown.
For companies to know how well their ads are performing it’s vital they have access to analytics.
App Links, the popular cross platform app-to-app linking solution launched by Facebook, has announced they are now able to provide developers with analytics.
Through a new software development kit called Bolt SDK, App Links will now be able to provide developers with three different types of data. The first two types of data, when an app opens due to a clicked App Links ad and when an app sends a user out via an App Links ad, are available on all devices. The third, when a user navigates back from the receiving app to the referring app by using the navigation bar, is only available on iOS devices.

While these analytics may not be groundbreaking, they still provide company's with valuable performance information on their ads.
