Filling the Data Gaps with Webbula

Posted on 7.05.2016

You might have access to a lot of data on customers and prospects, but is that data accurate and up to date?

Most don't really know the answer to this question, but they should, as it is a very important one. Bad data means not only missed sales and marketing opportunities, but could also (potentially) jeopardize a brand's reputation. Sending email to inactive accounts harms deliverability, for example, and could prevent other emails from getting through to real and active customers that buy your products and services.

Fortunately, there are ways that you can improve list quality, such as data appending, and companies are forming partnerships to make it happen for thier customers. Data quality provider Webbula, for example, recently announced the expansion of its data vault with 120 million additional email addresses and 268 million new mobile phone numbers. That's rather significant and will multiply the email marketing, data expansion, and cross-channel targeting capabilities of Webbula's clients and provide an "all-in-one" data quality solution for email and advertising campaigns.

“Today’s marketer struggles to find accurate data quality they can trust with scale that delivers valuable results,” said Vince Cersosimo, CEO of Webbula. “We believe the email address is the universal key identifier for individuals, because an email address is used for just about everything including account sign-ups and registrations, purchases, communication, app sign-up, and more. Webbula has been at the forefront of data quality and provides industry-leading data for campaigns in multiple channels including mobile.”
