Follow-Up Emails Made Easy
Online marketing tool provider VerticalResponse has expanded its automation capabilities to include follow-up emails.
With the feature, users will be able to automatically re-send emails three or more days later to contacts that have not opened or clicked the original message that was sent. This audience segment is typically referred to as “non-responders.”
“In today’s information overload world, it can be challenging to get the attention of your audience when sending a single email,” explained David Shiba, VerticalResponse general manager. “This new feature allows our customers to schedule an automatic follow-up email at the same time they are creating their original campaign. Our internal statistics show that customers can generate up to 50 percent more opens by re-sending to the non-responder group.”
It is important to note that this new feature enables small businesses to reach more of their audience, which can result in an increase of opens and clicks for email campaigns. The Follow-Up feature is available for VeryicleResponse’s paid customers. What’s more, these customers can also view detailed reports to gauge the lift in results from the feature.
