Freshdesk Serves Up E-Commerce Integrations

Freshdesk has made it easier for merchants to add customer service to their e-commerce stores, as the company has unveiled new integrations with Magento, WooCommerce and Shopify.

Through the new integrations, merchants will be able to better support their customers through their e-commerce platform. For example, Magento merchants can integrate the Freshdesk widget with just one click and have the ability to manage and respond to tickets from the Magento dashboard. On the other hand, the Shopify integration enables merchants to pull up information when customers submit tickets to the Freshdesk support portal. Lastly, WooCommerce merchants can create new tickets as well as synchronize forums and solutions from Freshdesk with product listings, which provides shoppers with assistance when they are making purchasing decisions.

“Our new lineup of integrations with Shopify, WooCommerce and Magento makes it easy for shop owners to better track and manage support requests, allowing them to turn one time buyers into loyal customers,” said Anand Srinivasan, director, platform product at Freshdesk.
