Get More Than You Paid For: Net Briefs

Posted on 7.24.2012

If you're not already a Dropbox user, now may be the time to give the cloud storage and file sharing service a serious look. In July, the company announced that it was doubling the amount of storage space given to its professional users for no additional cost, replacing their 50GB and 100GB packages with more substantial 100GB and 200GB offerings (both also include the extra 2GB of free storage available to all users). Likely in an effort to shift from a personal solution to a commercial offering, Dropbox also unveiled a new, more hardcore 500GB plan, which runs $49.99 a month or $499 a year.
