Get Ready to Redesign Your Twitter Profile
Twitter has unveiled a redesigned profile page that it’s gradually rolling out to users over the next few weeks.
The new profile design actually resembles Facebook profile pages, as it includes larger profile and header images, as well as other new features that highlight a user’s best tweets. Brands should take note of the updated design and start thinking about design ideas for their profile in order to be ready for the switch, which Twitter says will arrive to everyone in the “coming weeks.”

• Best Tweets – Tweets that have received more engagement will appear slightly larger on profile pages.
• Pinned Tweet – Similar to Facebook’s “pin” feature, users can now pin one tweet to the top of their profile.
• Filtered Tweets – Users now have the option to filter other users’ profiles by tweets, tweets with photos/videos or tweets and replies.
