multiScroll: Creates a multi-directional scroll effect that could prove appealing to those designers looking for a parallax-style scrolling website with two vertical panels or layouts which reveal new sections in opposite directions. 

ScrollMagic: Use the scrollbar like a "playback" control with this jQuery plugin. Designers are able to start an animation at a specific scroll position, synchronize an animation to the scrollbar movement, pin an element at a specific scroll position or for a limited amoung of scroll progress and more.

Slinky: A lightweight, cross-browser combatible jQuery plugin for creating scrolling navigation lists with stacking headers.

jInvertScroll: A jQuery plugin that enables users to move in horizontal witha parallax effect while scrolling down.

Scrollocue: Create your own simple teleprompter system with this jQuery plugin, which enables users to scroll through lines of text with arrows, the space bar or with a mouse-click.
