Ghost Monitoring for Live Chat

Chat support and service provider LiveAdmins has introduced new features for its WebGreeter Live Chat Software that should not only improve the customer experience but also that of its enterprise users.

LiveAdmins is introducing Ghost Monitoring (which enables the chat operator to see what the user is typing), Help Buzzer (which enables chat operators to seek help from other personnel when assistance is required), and Smart Form Integration (which will populate name, phone number and email address in the lead form that goes into the CRM).

The company also announced that the system now has new responsive chat windows, which will adjust according to the device being used by the customer. End-users will also have the ability to rate each chat they engage in as well.
