Google Adds Video Campaign Support for AdWords App (Android)
Google introduced two new features to its AdWords application for AdWords (which it launched in March 2015).
Advertisers will now be able to view insights/data about their video ad campaign performance including views, impressions and view rates with reporting scorecards. Access to video metrics means advertisers will be able to make bid and budget adjustments to ensure video campaigns reach is maximized and the desired cost-per-view is meets expectations. This is the first new feature addition since August 2015 when Google added a Billing Summary capability.
Google also improved the sign-in and account creation process and will now take advertisers to their Google sign in when they add an existing AdWords account through the app for the first time.
