A new product from Union Metrics is making it easier for brands to monitor activity on Instagram’s image-based social network.

The product, dubbed Union Metrics for Instagram, helps brands measure engagement with their Instagram accounts and hashtags. In fact, brands can use the platform to discover their most popular media and hashtags, identify their biggest fans and advocates, monitor hashtag reach and exposure over time, track competitor performance, as well as analyze likes and comments to determine when fans are the most active Instagram.

In addition to the Instagram offering, Union Metrics debuted a new social suite, which enables users to monitor their social presence across Twitter, Tumblr and Instagram. That said, the company plans to add more social networks to the platform over time. Through the Union Metrics Social Suite, subscribers don’t only gain access to analytics across social platforms, but they also obtain dedicated account management and other enterprise features.
