What Are Your Social Media Followers Thinking?
HootSuite has added a few new tools to its App Directory in order to help users increase their productivity without leaving the HootSuite dashboard.
The new apps include popular online survey and questionnaire platform SurveyMonkey, real-time Web and analytics tool for publishers Chartbeat and content marketing software ContentGems. This brings the App Directory’s total number of tools to 55, which includes other notable names like Instagram, YouTube, Tumblr, Evernote, MailChimp, Zendesk, Yammer and more.
In fact, HootSuite’s App Directory saw a 554 percent growth in app installs over the past year. This is likely because the apps are built to assist with specific needs and requirements of HootSuite’s user base, which includes small businesses, non-profit organizations and global brands like Virgin and Sony Music. It is important to note that the new integrations are available to the entire HootSuite user base, which includes more than seven million Free, Pro, and Enterprise users. Learn more about the apps below:
SurveyMonkey – HootSuite users can leverage the SurveyMonkey app to view a stream of surveys and results in real-time, including detailed survey summaries and responses. Plus, the app allows distribution of surveys across multiple social networks directly from HootSuite.
Chartbeat – The Chartbeat app enables users to view real-time traffic and performance of site content, which gives them the opportunity to identify and share high-performing content to social channels for amplification.
ContentGems – With the ContentGems app, users can view streams of content for relevant topics and interests. In addition, content can be shared to multiple social networks from the HootSuite dashboard.
“At HootSuite, we’re constantly striving to bring our users access to the best and brightest new social networks and tools out there, making their social media efforts easier and more effective,” says Ryan Holmes, CEO of HootSuite. “Our latest partnership with SurveyMonkey is a great example of how we’re bringing two leading products together to improve the end user experience.”
