The platform is essentially allowing its partners to add IFTT Recipes to their apps, which will enable users to activate specific Recipes with a swipe. The partner platform has been in private beta over the past year .

Beta partners including Ring (a video doorbell), Footbot, (indoor-air pollutin monitor), Automatic (car adapt for monitoring/tracking a vehicle, and Qapital (a banking app), have reported seen benefits including increased engagement, customer retention, and insights into user behaviors that is resulting in more informed product and marketing efforts.

"Our partner platform and the power to embed IFTTT experiences is just the beginning of the value we can unlock for both developers and users," said Linden Tibbets, CEO of IFTTT.

"The rich experiences that partners can build with IFTTT are only going to get more exciting from here."
