Improved Multi-Channel Social Media Reporting
The Union Metrics Social Suite has been updated with new multi-channel social media reporting capabilities and Facebook analytics.
With the new features, digital marketers can better optimize their messaging, grow their audiences, deepen engagement and benchmark the competition across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Tumblr. This platform, initially launched last spring, provides users with access to multi-channel social analytics. In the last year, Union Metrics Social Suite revenue grew by 650 percent, with more than 1,000 active and paying subscribers as well as more than 100,000 registered users utilizing its social analytics tools. Plus, the company processes more than 2.5 billion social activities monthly.

Through the updates, Union Metrics has added a new multi-channel dashboard to its Social Suite that enables digital marketer to view and act upon trending metrics for all social activities. The dashboard also delivers quick answers to key questions about content, audience and competitors across social channels. Additionally, the new Facebook analytic features provide users with brand page insights. In fact, users can leverage the Facebook insights to analyze content performance, understand the impact of paid and organic activity, monitor fan growth and audience demographics as well as to create content that reaches more people and generates more engagement.
