Positive reinforcement, in the form of loyalty and rewards programs, has become a normal sight in brick-and-mortar stores today.

However, as e-commerce continues to grow more and more merchants are realizing the benefits of leveraging a rewards program for their digital storefronts.

Merchants have a few options when choosing how to deliver their gift codes to consumers. For example, merchants who wish to make an experience out of the gift code can invite consumers to a customized gifting experience to redeem their award or they can opt for a more low-key approach and send the gift code in an email.
