Social media analytics platform LiftMetrix announced a new enrichment tool that will bring greater segmentation capabilities and insights into social analytics, performance and ROI.
The new Social Content Tagger feature automatically assigns contextual tags using customized rules as defined by each customer. Customers have the ability to plug in to powerful natural language processing (NLP), image recognition, and website crawlers on a single social post to obtain data that can be used for advanced segmentation as well as performance insights.
LiftMetrix’s first enrichment tool, social media ROI measurement, enables customers to define their business objectives and link social media performance directly to these goals by pulling social ROI metrics from their social data. When combined, these two enrichments empower customers to analyze what attributes of social content drive the most business value.
