iPerceptions Aims to Engage and Build Audiences

Voice of the customer feedback platform, iPerceptions, has launched a new product that helps content and media companies identify engaged users and grow their audience base.

The iPerceptions Engagement and Audience Building Solution is designed for engagement tracking and measuring brand trust and advocacy. With this platform, online communities can better identify influential audience members, measure engagement rates and use this data to grow their audience.
