Keep A Tighter Grasp On the Information You Send Via Email

Posted on 12.17.2014

From personal to commercial and business, email remains one of the most popular forms of communication.

Like all data on the Web, email is subject to attack so it’s important that enterprises take the necessary precautions to safeguard their information.

nCrypted Cloud, a security company focusing on protecting data in the cloud, has recently announced a new module titled Infinite Mail for Dropbox for Business.

The new module comes as a part of nCrytped Cloud’s extended collaboration platform and helps to strengthen enterprises email security as well as endow its users with new collaboration and control tools. Enterprises that leverage Infinite Mail will be able to access their Dropbox for Business accounts conveniently from within their nCrypted Cloud accounts. Also, through Infinite Mail users will be able to completely revoke access to data that was shared from Dropbox via email.

"Our enterprise customers are telling us their employees want to communicate using email, but hate the limitations of files size attachments and lack of security. Infinite Mail solves both problems, without compromising the sender or receiver end user experience, “said Nick Stamos, nCrypted Cloud founder and CEO. “Infinite Mail is the way to have both a familiar email environment and the convenience of Dropbox for Business.”
