Leverage Your Marketing Data to its Full Potential

Posted on 6.14.2015

With numerous ways to reach consumers, marketers must have accurate data on their campaigns in order to make sure they are reaching and resonating with their consumers as much as possible.

Act-On, a provider of marketing automation for small and mid-sized businesses, has recently announced its latest reporting analysis capabilities.

Available through Act-On Data Studio, users are now able to select any data that exits within the platform by using either predefined data templates or by using point and click queries as well as filters and aggregation options to create customized views of their data. Other new capabilities include the ability to export reports on a scheduled basis to a variety of third party tools including Microsoft Excel and enhanced visualization tools in order to help users garner a deeper understanding of their data.

"With Act-On Data Studio, I can now export our marketing engagement data to blend it with our CRM data -- and ultimately garner more granular insight into the 'touches' that factor into orders," said John Stalnaker, marketing operations manager at Extensis. "I now know how many touches it takes to create an order, the touches that factor into the most orders, the rate at which each touch converts, and the amount of time it takes a prospect to go from initial touch to order.”
