LinkedIn and Instagram Added to Viralheat Platform
The Viralheat platform just got a whole lot more comprehensive, thanks to new LinkedIn and Instagram updates.
The LinkedIn update supports Company Pages and Groups management, allowing businesses to connect their LinkedIn accounts to Viralheat in order to view feeds for individual pages, Company Pages and Groups. Users have the same options from these feeds that they have on the LinkedIn native site, including liking posts, viewing conversations and posting comments. Moreover, users can publish to connected LinkedIn accounts or Groups via the Viralheat platform, including through advanced scheduling. Plus, Viralheat’s LinkedIn analytics provide insights into top message type, most popular link by either engagement or count, total connections, most active groups, top groups by size and group connections by location, industry, position or company.
In addition to the LinkedIn update, Viralheat recently announced support for Instagram, allowing businesses to connect their accounts in order to view and engage with their feed and monitor analytics. The Instagram integration enables users to view performance metrics like number of posts, follower and following numbers, sentiment and top hashtags. Plus, Viralheat’s monitoring capabilities gives users the ability to view analytics regarding chosen topic profiles and keywords.
“We incorporated Instagram into our platform so our clients could take advantage of one of today’s fastest growing social media platforms,” said Viralheat CTO and co-founder, Vishal Sankhla. “Instagram users are constantly tagging or hashtagging their posts with the name and/or location of the brand, product, or business in their post, creating an opportunity for businesses to directly engage with their audiences. In turn, business and brands are increasingly using Instagram to develop a relationship with their target audiences, give a glimpse inside the brand, and promote and showcase new products or service.”
Through these updates, brands can monitor the performance of more social networks on the Viralheat platform. Both integrations are currently available on all Enterprise plans.
