LiveDeal on the Move in Q1
The future looks bright for geo-local mobile marketing platform LiveDeal, which provides restaurants the ability to publish offers in real-time to nearby customers.
LiveDeal (NASDAQ: LIVE) revenue increased just 4 percent year over year for the first quarter but the company decreased its net loss by 62 percent, positioning the company to increase revenues as it expands its brand. LiveDeal recently launched in San Francisco in early January and New York in mid February 2014. Traffic to the real-time deal engine increase over 150 percent in January (compared to the prior month).
The company plans to release mobile applications for both iOS and Android by the end of March 2014.
