The system, which processes incoming emails and converts them into structured data, can now be sent to other Web services such as a customer relationship management (CRM) system.

Essentially, clients will be able to update their CRM with contact information from any number of unstructured emails sourced from lead services or contact forms, placing them inside a CRM automatically.

Setting up the email parser is easy and no technical skills are required. Once parsed, the client's data is instantly available in form of a spreadsheet. In addition to that, it's easy to set up webhooks which will send their data to other cloud applications.
