Marketing with CRM & Purchase History Data

A combination of Rakuten MediaForge's retargeting and display platform and LiveRamp's data onboarding technology is giving marketers an opportunity to leverage CRM and purchase history data in their promotional campaigns on the Web.

The partnership with LiveRamp will enable companies, including Gilt City, Viator and Karmaloop to run retargeting campaigns using CRM data on Rakuten MediaForge’s display platform. An approach of this nature can increase customer acquisitions, re-engage lapsed users, and optimize messaging to engage customers and boost conversions.
