Measure Content and Influencer Value with New Smart URL

Web analytics software provider gShift is helping marketers better measure the value of their content and influencers with its new tool dubbed kontextURLs.

KontextURLs enable users to add a short, branded URL to any content piece. The URL then provides marketers with insights into the performance of earned and owned content, including blogs, email, video, infographics and social media posts, as well as other off-site channels.

It is important to note that kontextURLs can also be assigned to an influencer’s content to measure the person’s impact on engagement and conversion. With this data, marketers can decide how to best distribute their resources by both channels and influencers.
