MerchantCircle Launches Pay-Per-Action Program
Local online business network Merchant Circle today announced the availability of a Pay-Per-Action (PPA) program. Advertisers and agencies will be able to tap into MerchantCircle's 20 million unique consumer visitors and 900,000 businesses for leads.

According to recent Quantcast data, MerchantCircle is now the 5th largest Internet Yellow Page (IYP) directory in the United States.
