Mini-CRM & Marketing Dashboards

The savviest Web professionals use marketing dashboards to stay on top of their key performance data, and the solutions currently available on the market today are rapidly innovating and doing everything they can to differentiate their offerings.

The TapClicks analytics platform, for example, just released a new version of their marketing dashboard (and announced several new partner integrations worthy of note - see below). The new Leads Management interface in version 5.3 brings "calls, emails and notes together in one place" according to the announcement, enabling clients/advertisers to capture, manage, and track incoming leads sourced through their own marketing campaigns. Clients can listen to calls, add notes, and track leads in what can only be described as a "mini-CRM" that can be linked to their performance data.

New partner integrations were also announced by TapClicks, including Instagram and DudaOne (which will enable users to control what visitors see based on their physical location, time of day or previous activity), adding to an already impressively long list of existing third-party functionality.
