Mobile and Social come to SugarCRM
CRM software SugarCRM announced some mobile and social features have been added to its CRM Suite.
The new Sugar Mobile for iPhone application enables users to access and interface with their CRM system as a native iPhone application. “Sugar Mobile” for the iPhone is available immediately for all Sugar Professional and Enterprise Edition customers and can be downloaded today from the Apple Appstore.
SugarCRM has also extended the social CRM capabilities of Sugar 6 with new social management tools. A new Twitter Connector enables users of Sugar 6 to monitor the Twitter stream of any contact or company from within their Sugar installation. This complements the existing Cloud Connectors and other social collaboration and information sharing capabilities within the Sugar system. Unlike other tools offering solely internal collaboration, Sugar Cloud Connectors and social feeds enable the sharing of any type of external data, including video, social networking information, or any records from the CRM system.
