Monetate Doubles Up to Help Clients Deliver Individualized Experiences

Personalization solution Monetate recently announced enhancements to its Action Builder (the platform's inline editor used to craft individualized experiences), providing marketers with a greatly expanded tool set to help drive additional value from the customer experience. 

This release of the "expanded" solution actually delivers more than twice the number of existing templated actions. Expanded categories now include inserting new content, editing existing content, lightboxes, countdown timers and more.

Monetate's Action Builder was originally released in 2013. 

"We are constantly listening to our customers’ feedback to improve our offerings," said Maribeth Ross, senior vice president of marketing at Monetate. "By more than doubling the number of actions available to our customers, we can make them more agile and efficient, power their business success, and ultimately increase conversions and revenue."

Providing a wider array of opportunities to personalize and individualize experiences is likely to be quite appealing to Web professionals.
