More Merchants Turning to TurnTo for Social

TurnTo Networks and SuiteCommerce have announced a partnership to provide online retailers on the NetSuite eCommerce platform seamless deployment of TurnTo’s Social Commerce Suite. TurnTo also announced a partnership in which Your Store Wizards will implement the Social Commerce Suite on the Yahoo Small Merchant platform.

TurnTo provides social commerce applications for merchants that enable online shoppers to get advice directly from stores’ actual past customers. By enabling authentic dialogue between shoppers and customers right on the merchant site, the goal is to enhance the customer experience as well as increasing conversion rates, generating fresh content for SEO, driving traffic from Facebook and Twitter, bringing past customers back and delivering insights to inform merchandising strategies.

SuiteCommerce is a total e-commerce and Web application solutions provider for NetSuite customers.
