More Visual Updates Come to Google Search Console
Google has introduced several updates to Search Console that aim to bring additional context to the data included in its visual reports.
Webmasters now have access to 'Annotation cards", hover-over bullet points available in the error report to view information about issues detected on a particular date. There is also a new "difference" column which shows how data has changed over a period of time, and the filter/compare feature has been redesigned and now included pre-populated values.
Also worthy of note is that if more than one issue is detected on the same date, webmasters can view them in the same card and start the process of resolving the issue by clicking the "View issue" link that will make it possible to validate that the issue has been fixed.
