Mozu Tackles Fraud, Email & CGC

Enterprise commerce platform Mozu expanded its platform with three new integrations that aim to help merchants detect fraudulent orders, manage email campaigns and leverage consumer generated content (CGC) to increase sales.

The integrations are with fraud risk and management solution Kount, marketing automation software Bronto, and rating and review platform Bazaarvoice. These partnerships not only reflect the scalability of Mozu’s API, but also the growth of the Mozu platform.

“These partnerships are a testament to the rapid approach that Mozu is taking into the enterprise commerce market,” said Clay Olivier, Mozu CEO. “We’re excited by the opportunities presented to Mozu and our partners as these integrations are increasingly adopted, and look forward to building more partnerships with a growing list of industry elites.”

Mozu’s integration with Kount, for instance, provides merchants with an automated process for detecting fraudulent orders. The tool analyzes order and customer data, offers a predictive fraud score and suggests actions to deal with orders, such as reject or accept.

Furthermore, Mozu’s integration with Bronto aims to help merchants increase brand awareness and gain customer loyalty. For example, the Bronto integration provides complete email campaign management and automated campaign creation tied to marketing discounts. Plus, the integration synchronizes contact information and opt-in preferences across both Mozu and Bronto.

Lastly, Mozu’s integration with Bazaarvoice brings ratings and reviews, questions and answers and ROI analytics to Mozu storefronts. Through the integration, Mozu retailers can display ratings and reviews anywhere on their site, as well as automatically post interaction emails to collect customer feedback.
