Never Lose an Email Again

Posted on 5.26.2015

With countless emails being delivered to users’ inbox every day, a mistake or two is bound to be made when sorting through and deleting emails.

Smarsh, a provider of hosted archiving solutions for compliance and e-discovery, has recently announced the introduction of its new Personal Archive.

An add-on module to Smarsh’s The Archiving Platform, Personal Archive enables users to quickly access their own archived electronic communications and files. Through the archive users are able to dive back through emails on their desktops, laptops and mobile devices as well as on all Web browsers and the Microsoft Outlook plugin. Once users find their message in the archive they are able to perform a variety of actions on them including replying and restoring them in Microsoft Outlook among others.

“The concept of the personal archive has existed for years, but our new Personal Archive offering is a simple, mobile and modern solution that is engineered to support multiple content types,” said Stephen Marsh, CEO of Smarsh. “IT departments save time, money and resources by empowering end-users to manage their own historical communications and documents on the devices they use every day.”
