New Interactive Web Capabilities Added to VCita’s LiveSite Platform

Posted on 12.11.2014

VCita has unveiled a new version of its LiveSite platform for small businesses (SMBs), which aims to give business users more control and provide a better experience to customers.

For those who are unfamiliar, the LiveSite platform can be used to create an interactive invite and a menu of calls-to-action that can improve client engagement. For example, LiveSite can be leveraged to enable clients to take actions such as schedule appointments, pay online, upload files and complete forms. Plus, with the new version of the platform, businesses have the ability to improve retention, engage and capture new clients as well as meet the needs of existing audiences.

According to vCita, the new release of the LiveSite platform is driven by a fully customizable and mobile-ready design that integrates calls-to-action and an interactive invite into any website. Additional features of the release include:

One-Click Pay Now – An online payment form that can be added to any Web page or embedded within an email campaign. After clients make a payment they receive an email confirmation, while businesses have the ability to track outstanding and completed payments.

Advanced Scheduling – This feature enables clients to schedule a consultation, an appointment or request a service. With the feature, businesses can set aside blocks of time for travel, buffers between client meetings or a call, as well as add a scheduled break into the day. This can help businesses avoid appointment fatigue and overlap.

File Sharing – This feature tracks and records the life of a shared document in the vCita contact management software, as well as notifies the receiving party of availability via email or on the next visit through the LiveSite invite.

Email Templates – New email templates provide brands with greater flexibility and branding options. The templates are mobile-enabled with an html email template or a text-only version that works with any smartphone.

Extended Language Support – Businesses can now offer the ability for users to work in native French or Spanish.

“For small service businesses, the ability to streamline payments, scheduling and client communications is key to creating customer retention and loyalty," said Itzik Levy, founder and chief executive officer of vCita. “The new LiveSite will help over 100,000 businesses working with vCita to deliver an exceptional service to their clients, increase customer satisfaction and make their website look more professional than ever.”
