One Step forward for Ad Tech; One Giant Leap for Web Kind

Posted on 5.17.2015

Aarki, a stealthy creative optimization and media buying platform for video and content-based mobile ads, is introducing an IAB rising star mobile adhesion banner ad format on its mobile ad platform Aarki Encore.

The adhesion banner, for the uninitiated, is a banner that sticks to the top or bottom of a mobile device's screen as the user scroll through content. The benefit, as seen by advertisers, is that it provides the maximum amount of exposure to the ad and in turn the brand advertised.

The recent availability of the adhesion format on Aarki's platform is really only half the story though.

What makes this development noteworthy is that Aarki Encore is actually making it possible to not just create and deploy different IAB rising star ads automatically through its system, but also the adhesion banner and many other of the IAB's newer (less traditional) ad formats can also be optimized automatically.

With Aarki Encore, advertisers can now conduct simple A/B tests or run dynamically optimized campaigns with infinite number of variants. The variants get automatically shuffled by complex algorithms that use data coming from various feeds and actual user behavior to dynamically serve the optimal creative.

“Multivariate optimization is a game changer for brands and agencies. Mobile advertisers today are forced to preselect a very small set of ad creatives that they can test," says Sid Bhatt, CEO. “Aarki has solved this problem by providing the industry’s first multivariate creative optimization capability, which automates creation and optimization of an unlimited number of creative variants. This is likely to take mobile ad performance to a whole new level."
