Oracle Stops Guessing, Starts Delivering with Maxymiser Acquisition
Tech behemoth Oracle announced that it has signed an agreement to acquire Maxymiser, a cloud-based software-as-a-service platform that enables marketers to test, target and personalize digital experiences (both Web and mobile).
Oracle will reportedly add Maxymiser to its existing Oracle Marketing Cloud offering.
Maxymiser currently optimizes over 20 billion customer experiences per month for brands including Allianz, HSBC, Lufthansa, Tommy Hilfiger and Wyndham.
