Paul Tomes, who is the CEO of the mobile wallet middleware company, PassKit, said the Loopy Loyalty solution would allow shopkeepers to instantly and affordably tap into the intimate relationship their customers have with their smartphones.

Digital stamp cards create a direct link between the business and consumer, and includes features such as geo-location functionality, push update capabilities, and the ability to measure campaign effectiveness.
