Phoning In Your Blog Post at Tumblr

Tumblr took a page from the early 2000s and released a feature that might have impressed Michael J. Fox in his heyday.

The Yahoo-owned property added a new audio feature that lets users dial a toll-free number with their phone and record an audio missive for distribution. The program is a useful addition for marketers who are actively seeking out alternative content assets to help them raise awareness with consumers. 

Tumblr users will need to associate their phone number to their TUmblr account in order to take advantage of the feature.
