Predicting User Actions with Swrve

Mobile marketing automation solution Swrve has unveiled a solution that combines predictive analytics with messaging and conversations for mobile apps.

The Swrve Predictive Marketing Suite uses behavioral algorithms to predict what users will do next and automatically presents proactive, relevant communications to customers. Swrve uses historic data, including number of sessions per users and previous in-app spend, to train its algorithms for each app separately. The technology essentially determines a user's propensity for action (or inaction) based on its algorithm, which looks at other users with similar behavior patterns and what they did or did not do. By targeting specific audience segments by the propensity to take action, marketers should be able to identify which users are most valuable and can then craft messages to drive the desired, optimal business result.
