Presentation-Based Lead Gen with SlideShare, LinkedIn
LinkedIn is making it easier for brands to build their audience on SlideShare.
The social network launched a new lead generation tool, which enables marketers to identify key consumers of their content and connect with their audience, enabling brands to convert viewership on SlideShare into prospects.
The tool leverages LinkedIn Autofill capabilities so viewers can easily fill-out lead forms on SlideShare with their LinkedIn profile information. What’s more, the tool works across channels, including mobile and even via embed traffic. Brands can also customize their forms and can connect their Marketo and HubSpot accounts to manage the leads they collect.
“Visual content such as presentations, infographics and videos serve as powerful marketing assets that can connect existing and potential customers with brands,” SlideShare said in its blog announcement. “Content marketing has become a leading strategy for businesses, with almost 80% of CMOs citing content as the future of marketing.”
