Qubit is helping retailers optimize their online shopping experience with the launch of three new solutions for its Experience Management Platform.
Qubit provides a data-driven customer experience platform that is built around the needs of omnichannel businesses. The platform integrates analytics, segmentation, Web personalization and testing functionalities with its Visitor Cloud, which is a real-time data supply chain. The company’s new experience management solutions include Social Proof, Voice of Customer and Product Recommendations.
The Social Proof solution, for example, creates a sense of urgency with messaging via real-time notifications based on the activities of other site visitors. Conversely, the new Voice of Customer solution automatically analyzes customer feedback as well as reveals topic trends and the associated sentiment. This data can be leveraged to assess how likely visitors are to recommend products so that retailers can tailor the site experience moving forward. Lastly, the Product Recommendations solution applies “other people have looked at this” logic to recommendations, encouraging consumers to discover more products. Recommendations can also be based on the knowledge of the consumer’s last viewed products.

It is important to note that these new solutions are being launched just a few weeks after the company’s Qubit Mobile solution, which gives users the ability to test and personalize within mobile apps. All of these offerings add to Qubit’s omnichannel solution set that also includes Landing Page Optimization and Merchandizing functionality.
