Resolving Customer Complaints with Youstice and PrestaShop

Open-source e-commerce software PrestaShop has partnered with Youstice, a Web application for resolving shopping disputes. 

Customers visiting one of PrestaShop's 200,000 online retailers will be able to describe their issue in a four-step, point-and-click process. Youstice then acknowledges receipt, notifies the merchant and displays several solutions they can choose from. The multilingual tool is available to online retailers through a simple, integrated module for their website, and is the world’s first cross-border online platform designed to resolve shopper-vendor disputes, promoting trust between companies and their customers.
