Retail's Steep Learning Curve

Less than half of retailers are making an effort to customize the shopping experience according to Reflektion's findings of a study based on an analysis of 100 retailers and a consumer survey of 500 respondents - indicating retailers have a lot to learn about personalization and consumers' demand for it.
