Sales Motivation on the Go with Hoopla Mobile App

Sales teams are most productive when the enterprises that employ them can tap into their natural competitive spirit. But that doesn't always happen during regular office hours.

Sales motivation software provider Hoopla has just released a new mobile app, Hoopla Mobile, which will provide performance updates to sales team members on their iOS smartphone using the same motivational mechanics system. Designed to make it easy for sales managers to create contests and leaderboards, the platform integrates with a sales organizations CRM system, simplifying the task managers have of motivating employees around key business metrics and doing so wherever their salespeople are located.

“Hoopla has had incredible success in helping sales teams at companies like Angie’s List, Box, Glassdoor and Zillow dramatically improve sales productivity and performance by broadcasting their successes live on web and TV platforms,” said Michael Smalls, CEO at Hoopla. “Due to the massive trend toward mobile devices in the enterprise, our customers have asked us to help them extend the Hoopla experience to their mobile users. We are excited to meet that demand by delivering the same dynamic Hoopla experience our customers love anytime, anywhere on the rep’s mobile device.”

Limited to iOS, users of Hoopla Mobile can track key sales metrics such as opportunities created, meetings scheduled and deals closed on a personal profile page. Sales professionals can also view their position versus their peers and teammates on a leaderboard, and track scores and receive live updates in Hoopla sales contests and games. Users can also create a personal watch list of teammates to compare their performance against and get instant alerts of important recognition events, such as when they or others meet goals or close deals.

The app will be available in the first quarter of 2013 to existing Hoopla customers for an additional $5 per mobile user.
