Salesforce Exec Moves to Kenshoo

Posted on 9.01.2014

With U.S. advertising revenue expected to grow 5.1 percent this year, it’s no wonder predictive marketing software Kenshoo has invested in its own success – announcing the appointment of Susane Berger as managing director of client excellence.

Berger will join a company that is already established as the sole leader in a social ad platforms evaluation by independent research firm, Forrester Research. In the same report, Kenshoo received the highest possible rating in customer satisfaction. Clearly, Berger will head a team known for strong client advocacy.

“Few technology companies can match Kenshoo’s predictive intelligence solutions for today’s marketing executives," said Berger. "The global level of client satisfaction and results are truly best in class. The opportunity to help expand on its strong history of industry-leading innovation and customer commitment is what drew me to Kenshoo. I look forward to partnering with the Kenshoo teams and clients to raise the bar even further.”

Berger brings extensive enterprise software experience with a track record of results-oriented success, according to Kenshoo Chief Revenue Officer Ted Krantz. Most recently, Berger was the regional vice president for global strategic accounts at Salesforce and prior to Salesforce, she served as an executive at The Corporate Executive Board, Dun & Bradstreet and Sun Micosystems.
