Smarter Outreach Everywhere

Sales communication platform Outreach recently announced the availability of Outreach 360, a sales intelligence dashboard that will make it possible for salespeople to prioritize sales tasks based on the likelihood of their effectiveness.

Outreach 360 will enable sales reps to use engagement signals such as email opens and replies, link clicks, as well as data from connected marketing automation tools to identify, rank and prioritize their leads.

The company also introduced Outreach Everywhere, a Google Chrome extension that enables salespeople to communicate and engage with prospects on any website -- such as Salesforce, LinkedIn and email. The extension recognizes when a salesperson is visiting a website and enables them to add information to a sales record or set up a sequence of calls or emails while on the page.
